1. Scope and Priority
These Terms govern your access to and use of all CouldInject features, including accounts, forums, Wiki, CISS, messages, support tickets, notifications, uploads, Store entry points, and future modules.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. Matters involving personal data collection, retention, use, disclosure, deletion, export, complaints, security incidents, and privacy rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and mandatory data protection law. The remaining Terms govern account use, content posting, community order, and service access.
2. Accounts, Invitations, and Identity
CouldInject is invite-only. You must keep registration information truthful and reachable, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not sell, rent, share, or transfer accounts or invitation codes, or bypass invitations, bans, permissions, risk controls, or security restrictions.
You must safeguard your login credentials. Report account compromise, unusual login activity, permission errors, or invitation abuse through the Help Center. The account holder is responsible for consequences caused by credential disclosure, account sharing, or allowing others to use the account.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may discuss game technology, maintain Wiki content, submit support requests, participate in CISS data maintenance, and use the community normally. You may not use the site for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, attacking, harassing, or service-disrupting conduct.
You may not publish or distribute malware, phishing links, account theft tools, scam content, unlawful transactions, attack scripts, abuse tutorials that bypass security restrictions, private information about others, unauthorized data, hateful or harassing content, or anything that encourages evading legal responsibility, infringing intellectual property, or harming third-party systems.
4. Contributions and Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your original content, but grant CouldInject the permissions needed to display, store, back up, format, translate, archive, index, review, and maintain that content on the site. When submitting Wiki content, you confirm that you have the right to contribute the relevant text, images, or data, and agree that other members may maintain it under site rules.
You may not upload commercial materials you are not authorized to use, protected materials, leaked content, cracked resources, or content that infringes third-party rights. If you believe site content infringes your rights, contact us through Contact Us with the page link, proof of rights, and specific request.
5. Wiki, CISS, and Community Information
Wiki and CISS pages are based on community curation, public information, and member contributions, and may contain delays, omissions, or errors. Ratings, guides, descriptions, translations, and references are informational only and do not constitute official statements, transaction advice, legal advice, security guarantees, or purchase commitments.
Administrators and editors may adjust content based on sources, page structure, translation completeness, copyright risk, and community rules. Public collaboration content may retain edit history, attribution, discussion records, and rollback records to preserve knowledge base integrity.
6. Store, Support, and Tickets
The Store entry point may host site authorization, service information, and projects that may open later. Unless a page or support response expressly confirms otherwise, Store entries, announcements, and descriptions do not constitute an automatic purchase commitment, permanent availability commitment, or third-party product guarantee.
Account, invitation, authorization, privacy, Wiki, CISS, content complaint, and security report issues should be submitted through the Help Center or Contact page. We will provide an initial response to your ticket within 24 hours. Complex issues may require additional time for identity verification, reproduction, record review, or maintainer handling.
7. Data Protection and Server Location
This website version and its core database are hosted in California, United States, and operated by the CouldInject Operations Team. We process personal information under the Privacy Policy and applicable US federal, California and other mandatory laws. Hosting location is not the operator's place of incorporation, does not exclude other statutory protections, and does not mean that ANANTA Compatible Server has been publicly released.
You may submit requests for personal data access, correction, deletion, export, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, or privacy complaints under the Privacy Policy. We will verify identity as required and handle requests within the timelines and methods described in the Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy on personal data matters, the Privacy Policy and mandatory law control.
8. Security, Logs, and Enforcement
To protect account security, site stability, and community order, we may log login, permission, edit, message, ticket, request source, error, and security incident information. Log processing scope, retention, and user rights are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Administrators may delete content, hide pages, limit features, suspend accounts, revoke invitations, preserve evidence, or notify relevant users when necessary. Serious violations, automated abuse, attacks on the site, disclosure of others' information, punishment evasion, or repeated disruption may result in permanent account restrictions.
9. Availability, Maintenance, and Backups
The site may suspend some features due to maintenance, server migration, security handling, feature changes, backup recovery, dependency outages, or force majeure. We will try to reduce impact, but do not guarantee that all features will be continuously available, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.
Server migration, database maintenance, cache clearing, or version updates may cause short access interruptions, message delays, search index delays, or temporary page unavailability. When personal data migration is involved, we will take necessary security measures under the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site provides community discussion, knowledge organization, support entry points, and reference information. You are responsible for judging accuracy, suitability, and risk. Site content should not be treated as official announcements, legal advice, investment advice, security guarantees, or third-party service commitments.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CouldInject is not liable beyond legal requirements for issues caused by user violations, third-party service outages, force majeure, users publicly posting sensitive information, credential leaks, or personal decisions made based on community information.
11. Updates, Termination, and Contact
Updates display a new date, with appropriate notice of material changes. Acceptance of these Terms or continued use is not treated as separately required consent for personal-information processing. You may stop using the relevant services and submit account, content or data requests through the Contact page without losing existing statutory rights.
You may request deletion of account-related data under the Privacy Policy. Necessary legal retention, security or specific dispute exceptions must be limited in scope and purpose; community rules, Wiki history or attribution are not blanket reasons to refuse all requests. Privacy requests may also be sent to [email protected] without creating an account.
